Hello,

A few years ago I established a BVI company with a Singaporean bank account. I am now looking to exit this as the venture that this was intended for did not pay off. As such, I was just wondering if it was worth selling or if I should just shut this down. What price would a setup like this fetch?

Cheers!

It's worthless. Shut it down.

You may sell the company to a friend or something that trust you. There wll be too many strings attached selling of your company to some stranger.

You won't be able to sell the company with a bank account since the bank will close the account if they don't like the profile of the new owner of the company, so left is the BVI company wich may be worth nothing to most because of the risk and liabilities there may be in the company.
