How does citizenship and place of residency affect taxation for anyone in the world who has an offshore bank account? Lets say that a haitian or honduran citizen was living in their respective countries vs living in chile or argentina... if a honduran citizen moved to argentina and was only a legal permament resident of that country, how would this determine how much in taxes they have to pay? How could someone's citizenship and actual place of residence affect their taxation? Lets say someone who was born in thailand and lived there oppose living in ethiopia but still a thai citizen and not a naturalized ethiopian citizen for taxation purposes? Would anyone shed some light here please?

Would anyone shed some light here please?
Sure, I can shed some light here. There are probably several hundred threads in this forum that discuss various aspects related to your very general, fact-specific (but without any actual facts) question. Read through all those threads and then come back and ask specific, intelligent questions that forum members can actually answer. Plenty of people here are willing to help, once you have done some basic research of your own and then asked astute fact-specific questions.
