Clean Czech LLC for sale

Hi everyone,

I'm looking to sell a clean, recently incorporated LLC in the Czech Republic. The company was established in May 2024 and has no business history—no transactions, no bank accounts, and no tax returns filed.

I am the sole director and only person listed on the company registration (no nominee service).

Subject of business as per the commercial registry:

Production, trade and services not listed in Appendices 1 to 3 of the Trade Act, for the following fields of activity:
- Mediation of trade and services
- Wholesale and retail trade
- Provision of software, consultancy in the field of information technology, data processing, hosting and related activities and web portals
- Provision of services associated with virtual assets

Also included for free:
- Twitter and Telegram accounts matching the company name
- .com domain for the company
- basic AML/CTF policy and risk assessment guidelines

I initially set up the company for a business idea requiring a VASP license, but it didn’t pan out, so I no longer need the company/license.
