The content displayed in these forums is not the intellectual property of OffshoreCorpTalk. The forum management isn’t responsible for the ads, offers, services and products advertised by registered users.

All the information posted is for business purposes and represents the sole responsibility of the user writing it.

The OffshoreCorpTalk forum is not associated or affiliated to the products or services advertised in the internal marketplace. It shouldn’t be seen as a substitute for professional advice either.

Should you decide to purchase products or services advertised on the OffshoreCorpTalk Marketplace, you do it at your own risk.

Although the posts and threads in the marketplace are checked to the best of our capabilities, we cannot guarantee for errors, mistakes or potential fraud associated with the users posting it. We highly recommend researching businesses, products or services you’re planning to use to prevent risks.

Given how sophisticated scams are these days, we’re trying hard to prevent them by screening marketplace users ourselves too, but we cannot guarantee for the authenticity of their services or products.

In order to reduce potential risks, we’ve introduced an escrow service that both the buyer and seller must agree upon in order to use. Partners interested in using it will benefit from a private three party conversation within the OffshoreCorpTalk forum. Contact Us for arrangement!

The money will be released with no further investigation if both parties are happy with the outcome. The OffshoreCorpTalk forum charges 10% for this service.

Using our escrow service doesn’t mean we guarantee for the authenticity of a deal. Users will still have to do their research before declaring themselves happy with the collaboration.

We reserve the right to update the policy in the future based on the evolution of the marketplace and potential issues we may discover later. We strongly recommend reviewing it on a regular basis to ensure that you’re up to date with the updates.

If you are following users a little before you make your payment and have the ability to read if it's nonsense or good what they post you can most often avoid scams.

For some deals I have already used OCT's Escrow service, deals above 10K and higher - I felt safe doing business this way and have up to date not been scammed yet.
