Company in Seychelles for crypto - third party funds

I am trying to understand the (latest) requirements for operating a crypto business in Seychelles. My understanding is that as long as you have an IBC registered you can operate without an additional license for Crypto trading for example. Also, that the accounting is not required. Although there are new changes (2022) that seem to be asking companies to submit accounting from last 7 years going forward.

Anyone knows if operating a crypto trading business from Seychelles actually does not require any additional licenses?

With the new changes is now an accountant needed for operating a company in Seychelles? or would just filing some sort of "Excel" accounting be enough?

Excel spreadsheet will do the work in the Seychelles, no need to worry about that part.

I doubt anyone will recognize Seychelles as valid for cryptotrading.
