Cyprus company better than BVI and Seychelles?

Is it better to open Cyprus company or is it better with Seychelles or BVI company?


I sell shoes online, no chargebacks, good business.

My primary goals are privacy next to tax savings! I read that there are options for Seychelles companies and credit card processing so I will have to investigate that a little to see what options I have for my online shop.


If above went out negative, there is Cyprus as you already mentioned, but what are the other alternatives if it need to be offshore?
