I'm going to invest money using international brokerage accounts. But currently there's no way I can find my accounts since wire transfers from Sri Lanka to overseas is somewhat closer to prohibited. We can still send money for pay for edu institutes and medical bills. But it takes a lot of time, hassle and costs a lot.

So is there a digital bank where I can fund the bank account with a debit card (debit card payments are okay) and then wire the money to brokerages?

The major problem I have is the country being Sri Lanka. N26, Monese, Revolut and several other banks have already said no.

Thanks for any help in advance.

Yes capital control is an issue in developing countries and a legit reason to have an offshore account.

Have you tried Leupay?

It looks like Paysera accepts Sri Lanka Where Paysera works

Leupay may accept you as well

N26, Monese, Revolut
all of them are for EU residents
