Does Cyprus practice public access to the names of the directors?

Unless there is a warrant, it will be hard for anyone to access these files. Even if the person requesting is already part of the company, there has to be so many process to be done. If you want to really keep it a secret, then, apply as an anonymous investor.

Thank you for the answer. It looks like anonymity is an established principle for Cyprus when it comes to offshore company formation.

Well, there is a public registry in Cyprus, so unless you appoint nominees (nominee director and shareholder) then your not anonymous.

Yes they do, but you can hide your name and any personal information by either appointing nominees (director and shareholder) or you simply form a Seychelles company to be director and shareholder in the Cyprus company!

You always want full nominee service for your Cyprus Company to protect your privacy!
For Cyprus Companies you either appoint Nominee director and shareholder or you incorporate a Seychelles Company to hold 100% of the shares in the Cyprus corp and who is appointed director of the Company!
