Hi everyone,

I'm looking for advice on the most straightforward and cost-effective ways for a Moroccan to obtain a European visa. Maybe a freelancer in Bulgaria or Romania would work? Anyway, I am open to any other suggestions.

Any guidance or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help!

Best.

Just to be able to have a visa to go around europe for a period from 6 to 12 months. At the moment officially the person is unemployed and not even a student, this is why I'm looking for a solution.

It’s for a friend of mine, money isn’t a problem. It’s not a gypsi situation.
If money was a issue I wouldn’t ask to setup a company somewhere in Europe.

It always catches my attention when someone says "money isn’t a problemt" while they are looking to get something cheap.

The ideal situation would be to know that person's budget for obtaining a visa.

If it's a few hundred thousand, there are many Golden Visa options in Europe.

If it is 200 euros, it is better to recommend traveling to Melilla and jumping the fence.

So setting up a company somewhere in Europe (like Bulgaria or other cheap jurisdictions) won’t help?
You said, you want it cheap? If you want cheap, I think the nomads visa is the way to go.

Why are there so many confused guys in this forum? It is like all those who go to the pharmacy to buy Viagra for a "friend".

Or swim to Spain?

It is actually rather difficult to obtain nomad visas if you don't have legal income to show.

However, if OP can pay.. it's possible to get hired by an Employer on Record company that will prepare all the paperwork and arrange the visa for you. This means you will be legally employed in this country.

An EOR service provider acts as the legal employer for remote employees, advising on global payroll, benefits, compliance, and tax matters.

We need more information and clear goals. But if this is what it is, my only message to OP is: Stay away from Europe please!

Any examples of such EORs in Europe?

I think in this case you hire him in Morocco and then use the German nomad visa. You can use any nomad visa in Schengen, just take the easy and cheap one. Your cost will only be taxes in Morocco and the visa.

I doubt that setting up a company inside the Schengen will help you as you can only hire Moroccans if you cannot find anybody from EEA+Switzerland+spouses that is qualified.

Why German if I may know?

Also I have no company in Europe unfortunately.
I think he cannot be employed in Europe. He needs to be employed or self-employed in Morocco. What is he able to do? Maybe, I can hire him.

Please read the list of nomad visas yourself and decide which country is cheap enough yourself. Czechia would also be an option.

@gatrader with all due respect. But could you please at least read the stuff we send you? Non of us here is getting money from answering your questions. Please do your own research as well. We told you the way to go with the nomad visa and you keep telling us that you do not have a company in the EU. Have you even read what the nomad visa is? I highly doubt it. Please, we are here to help but we also expect the posters to spend at least the same amount of time thinking about it as it takes us to respond. And this is the same for once in Schengen. The place is full of lazy people that don't want to spend money, we not need more of them.
