There are many offers from many companies with KYC / AML for OTC type deals in Europe, I imagine you will want to sell some cryptocurrencies in large quantity b2b.

What these types of companies normally do are face-to-face deals to discuss the terms and proceed with what is necessary for the procedure.

If a face-to-face meeting or a digital meeting is not a problem, with everything well done you can easily achieve it in Europe, the thing is that you will have to analyze what is your best option

Kraken is a highly recommended option if we are talking about cryptos, of course.

there are a few legitimate OTC desks that operate specifically in the Eurozone. Two of the most reputable options are Kraken and Genesis Global Trading.
