I’ve been living as a digital nomad in Malta for a little over a year now. It’s been amazing in so many ways, the weather, the vibe, the mix of people, the tax advantages.

I run a small but growing digital service business. Basically, we do white label marketing automation for e-commerce clients.
Most of our payments come in crypto, mainly USDT, and business is good.
Really good, actually.

We’re now processing around €80K per week, and I need a reliable way to convert that into fiat regularly. Part of it goes into operational costs like paying freelancers, software tools, ad spend, and rent here in Malta.
The rest I want to reinvest into stocks (mostly long-term index funds and some tech plays through IBKR).

Right now, I’m using a mix of wallets and P2P, but honestly… it’s getting messy. It’s manual, slow, and a bit nerve wracking when you’re moving large amounts.
I’ve looked at Binance and Kraken, but I’ve had some compliance delays, and I don’t want to get flagged or stuck mid-transfer.

I’m looking for the fastest, safest, and easiest way to convert 80K+ EUR worth of USDT to fiat every week. Ideally, something that doesn’t take days, won’t lock me out randomly, and won’t raise red flags.

Anyone else here dealing with something similar?
Would love to hear how you’re handling it, whether through OTC desks, local partnerships, regulated crypto-friendly banks, or anything else that actually works in practice.

Appreciate any input.

This is a bit off-topic. I cannot PM you, so I will write it here.

What do you exactly do?
You said "we do white label marketing automation for e-commerce clients."
If you could elaborate, I would appreciate that a lot.
