Hello,

i'm not from Europe ( Africa )
our banking in my country have the worst rule on the world ( company have the right to have bank account in multicurrency , but outgoing money is very hard . no PayPal , no bank international card ( just a local bank card ) ...
the TAX is low :
- 0% on company profit for offshore company during x years then 10%
- 10% when distribute profits ( from bank company to your personal account )

__
i need best jurisdiction, no much TAX .
have access to good banking solutions.
prefer that my name is not public
My turnover =< 80 or 100k per year
My business now, is not to Europe, it is to Asian company.
My activity is IT freelancer self-employed
___
What do you suggest ?
___
Sorry for my bad English.
Best regards.

If we set aside issues like tax residence and CFC concerns (which you should look into separately), banking can be especially difficult for people from some parts of Africa because banks consider the region riskier.

So based on that and your requirements/expectations, I would suggest that you take a look at incorporating and banking in Mauritius.

Caution Mauritius has adopted CRS since 2014. Don't know if your country has signed on too since you didn't list your country's name here. Google Common reporting standards and your country's name on that list. You have to live now in a tax free or territorial jurisdictions as you will find problems sooner or later with your tax authorities.

Which country are you from? It would help a lot for the advice

To have bank account multicurrency, international, good banking solutions

" outgoing is very hard . no PayPal , no bank international card ( just a local bank card ) ..."

Why would you create an offshore company if you pay only max 10% taxes?!

This.

10% (and on distributions only) is a good offer from a government. Considering the hassle invovled in proper hide n' seek strategies, managing non-res banking relationships, risk of fines n' imprisonment when caught etc. - you better be making at least $2.5M pre-tax profit annually to consider evading that.

i'm not searching evading from tax.
i'm searching good jurisdiction , with bank account have access to :
international card , international transfer
PayPal , ....
If that is your goal and you want to pat corporate taxes I would setup something either in the UK with an EMI and PayPal or in Cyprus also with an EMI and PayPal.

Works fine and you will not have the same trouble as if you are looking for tax evasion solutions.
