I am incorporating a New Mexico LLC.
the registration form asks:
name of the managed member and then the entire address.
I ask but is this data printed on company documents? Will there be this data on the statute?
Is this the data that the bank then looks at?

That information is only for the registered agent's billing and internal purposes. It does not appear on any official documents. You just document it in the Operating Agreement of the company. You can find templates online (search for your specific state) or you can pay someone to draft one for you.

They look at the Operating Agreement, and will monitor your financial activities to ensure they match. The EIN letter from the IRS can also help, since it states the name of the manager/s that applied for it.
