Looking for offshore company for software provider

Hello, we are a software provider registered in Estonia. We are interested in incorporating offshore company that will engage in the resale of software products. We’re currently exploring the option of registering a company in Belize, Curacao, or Costa Rica. Also we`ve found out that we need a license of Anjoan cause we supply to our partners software there.

We’ve found that there are very few reviews or reliable references available online for local lawyers, and we’re a bit concerned about making sure everything is done properly and that the company is actually opened without issues.

If you’ve gone through this yourself, we’d really appreciate it if you could recommend someone reliable or share any insights based on your experience.

it is a big pain in the a*s to get banking with these three countries you've mentioned, I'd advise to register in a "normal" country using a nominee director, but find said director yourself and do not use a "company formation services" provided one because highly likely that director will be blacklisted in the banks/EMIs for having hundreds of companies registered under their name.
if you have to use joke jurisdictions then I could suggest Belize + Currenxie, this worked for me personally but YMMV.

it-offshore dot com, they also sell ready made companies in "normal" jurisdictions with their nominee directors, this could also work for you.
