Been using DNBC since August 2021. Here are my thoughts:
1. DNBC high fees, as in really high.
2. If you are in EU, better to message them VN time. If they reply to you today, wait tomorrow for the next reply if you have follow up question.
3. You have to send them DOCUMENTS for each transaction even if you disclosed to them the cycle of your business.
4. Processing of your outgoing and incoming transactions will take an average of 3 to 4 days.

I pay 99 euros for maintenance fees every month. Outgoing transaction is 25 euros plus %. Yes, you need to provide receipts with each transaction. There was a time that my customer sent me twice the amount it was less than 20K. They ask for Invoice, Contract and Resolution. If you email them today, chances are you will get reply tomorrow, if you are lucky!

They have their own gateway right? Why do we still have to provide them with receipts? I am setting up a California LLC. They say I can just send them the formation docs and I can open an account with them with payment gateway. If they are handling the gateway, why do I still have to show them the receipt? Hope you can enlighten me on this

I'm not sure about the gateway thing. But everytime you make an outgoing transaction, you have to attached a document or risk your outgoing transaction to be rejected. You can't get a refund for the fee. What are their requirements now. I had all my documents certified by a Notary. Too much work.

is that for Mano Bank so ?

Hello guys,
thank you for this thread about DNBC. I am in contact with "Joy Tr" via email and via WhatsApp and I am really thinking to open my first offshore account with them, the Canada branch. The Hong Kong branch has only HKD accounts, she said.
She also said that the 99 EUR monthly fees can be waived to zero, this way: "FREE MONTHLY SERVICE FEE APPLIED FOR ACCOUNTS HAVE AVERAGE BALANCE/ TRANSACTION VOLUME OVER 30,000 EUR" (she wrote me via email).

In my specific case (I need to receive one inward per month and move thge funds out 2-4 times per year) the 25 + 0.25% of the amount "Non-SWIFT Urgent D+1" would apply for few times to me, so this account is a good candidate for my needs.

Here it is the URL where to download the actual fees.

This morning I wrote her: "I have taken a deep look into your website during this weekend but I have found nothing about the balance that cuts the 99 Eur monthly fees: where can I find this information?". Waiting for her answer.

Dear Admin,

sorry for the mistake I did: I just wanted to give as much info as possible but now I got this limit.

As update, Joy wrote me these lines few minutes ago:

I assure you that: If your account balance remains 30,000€ -> then you can waive the monthly maintenance fee 100%. I will write an email and confirm it when you open the account

The second case to get the 99€ maintenance fee waived -> you have a monthly transaction of more than 30,000€ -> then your account will be waive the maintenance fee in the next month.

That said, DNBC Canada appears to be a particularly attractive option for individuals seeking a low-cost bank account. It's especially suitable for those who have a significant amount of money to maintain in their account and don't need frequent transfers.

Mano Bank is for sure better than DNBC. Just my opinion.

Why Mano Bank is withholding your funds? What did they say?
I reply to this post as well because you wrote your opinion and I respect it. But, as I have "discovered" that now DNBC Canada is cheaper than Mano Bank, would you decide to update your opinion?

In fact, actually there are tha Mano bank fees for "non resident" corporations:
Mano Bank fees.webp

It seems that now Mano bank is super expensive (I don't want to calculate how much, but it's a huge amount).

No problem :) (Just to explain, there was an e-mail address in the open form, originally – an ideal feed for spam robots.)
