No KYC Virtual credit card I can top up with crypto and work with Apple Pay

No such thing.

You can get virtual cards - but they have numerous restrictions on the usage and in addition the amount that can be topped up and the amount that can be spent - Alchemy used to offer but they were pulled recently and impacted all KYC holders as well as their banking partner in the US was targeted for an investigation due to the amount of funds running through etc.

So hopefully these non KYC cards will be closed down as it impacts legal uses by KYC d holders.

So that leaves various providers that are fly by the night etc.

I have experience making payments with these prepaid cards and in order to be accepted you need to simulate good the location from where you pay, using a proxy service like 922proxy.com with a no-detect browser like BitBrowser it does the job, I had no problems and used it with different payment processors.
