What do you think is it a wise decision to take a nominee director and shareholder for my company?


Does it matter if the company is a Inc. or Ltd ?

A nominee director and shareholder may add an additional layer of privacy. They can sign agreements, contracts and such on behalf of the company. So your name will not appear there.
