Why not form a local company and work with a payment processor that supports UAE? In the long run, that'll be a lot cheaper and sustainable than running from offshore solution to offshore solution, getting shut down by processors and banks. You already live in a tax haven.
If I'm not mistaken, 2Checkout supports UAE. Even if they don't, you have many other options such as Telr, Network, Checkout.com, PayTabs, and CC Avenue.
Is it really that scary of a thought to pay someone to do accounting for you? Can't be that hard to find a cost effective accounting firm to help you maintain your company's records.
only way to use a offshore company with 2co is if you setup a company in Cyprus for this purpose, it would be considered offshore at least if you register it non-resident.
