I also wanted to learn about company incorporation in EU with the lowest taxation, but I'm not so informed about it. Malta seems like a good option since CIT can be effectively reduced to 5% from what I have read. I contacted these guys --> international-taxes.com to get some idea as most of the companies out there do not really provide much information. Let me know what you guys think of Malta as an option for company incorporation.

IN EU, the lowest corporate tax counties are Cyprus, Ireland, Bulgaria, maybe Malta. Cyprus and Malta now demands annual audit, what for me is additional cost. Here is good summary: Tax rates in Europe - Wikipedia
