Hey,
I'm looking forward to opening an offshore company in Curacao but I'm living in France and I was wondering how I could give myself a salary ?
From what I've seen on the internet if you open an offshore company you can't have a salary in France because you're the owner of it..
Are there any ways to bypass this ?

I was wondering the same thing. I'm not in France but UK but the question is the same.

Also, how de we declare the money we will receive ? as normal income? Do we need to declare to the tax man that we own an offshore company?

The company is probably tax resident in France, so just make sure it pays full French corporate tax and you should be fine. After that you can pay yourself dividends. Alternatively, you can pay yourself a salary and then pay corporate income tax on what's left.

Speak with a tax adviser to work out the exact details.
