Offshore company that isn't recognised offshore where to register company?

I need a offshore company that isn't recognised as Offshore company but has the same privileges, say No Tax, No reporting etc.?

Well look into the UK they have a few of the benefits a Offshore company has same for Cyprus both are not recognized to be offshore!

Thank you, but Cyprus has 10% corporate tax and the UK 30% as far as I know, how can I avoid to pay tax?

That is correct, even though the company still need to be registered with the tax authorities now.

Okay... so no tax but still accounting and filing of tax is required... thats ok.

Cyprus, Malta and Gibraltar won't be recognized offshore as I read.
