Offshore company with passport from Iran can I open?

Title says, can I open Offshore company with passport from Iran, need to know asap?

It looks to me that it dosen't matter at all from where the client is comming as long we speak offshore company opening and not offshore banking?

For banking I can understand that there can be limitations but to open offshore company, is it not the right to open a offshore company for everyone?

Yes it is the right for everyone to open a company so a offshore company however some countries have been blacklisted and boycotted so citizens of such countries can't get a offshore company, however, there are always options.

No it won't, as long as you have a valid passport and a utility bill or anything official that can prove your residential address it is ok.
