You need a notarized passport but not translated, the utility bill need most often to be translated. On the other hand, it's easy to get this done quickly and without any trouble :)

Of course i can get them notarized and traslated but i do not prefer to do (if it is possible).

Can i do the translated of the utility bill myself?
You still needto notarize them! Most banks in Europe will require that and also most service provider of company formations will require it because of International applicable rules that they need to comply to!

Where is the problem. No notarized and translated documents? You can open an EMI account (f.e. Leupay).
Do you want to open a "real" bank account? Each bank has its own list of required documents.
Alternatives? Yes, if you need a bank account for example in Latvia you must go to the bank with all original documents. thu&¤#

Going for example to Latvia for a real bank accout with the original documents is a possible solution. In which EU countries is possible to open a real bank account with a St. Kitts and Nevis offshore company?
