Open PayPal Account

I live in Turkey. I want to open PayPal account but PayPal is not active in the Turkey. I usually receive 5000$ monthly. So how can I open PayPal account?

You can either open it with darks or simply get you a stealth paypal account which you may Google and can find for aprox $50 around.

You will need to use an exchange service that can transfer the money from your PP account to your bank account or EMI account. There is also the option that you open a EMI account with darks that match the stealth PP account owner, so you can add that account and withdraw the money!
