I need to know what you say to open a personal offshore bank account if privacy is not a issue! Are there any risk involved to open a personal offshore bank account?


Most say never open a person bank account offshore but incorporate a company who opens the accoun.

No nothing wrong. If you have no concern for privacy, limited liability, or the opportunity to exercise tax minimization. However would should be a concern of everyone is limited liability. An angry girl friend, mistress, wife, or ex-wife can cost a lot of money. You should at the least vest the monies in a LLC with you as sole member and in a offshore account.
