In any case, it seems that you can fly under the radar for though years until the NHR runs out. I am not surprised as most NHR guys are actually perpetual travellers not residing in Portugal. And only make 50k per year.
the second one there seems to have been a ruling that manages to make the Portuguese tax authorities “accept” the situation.

Clear. What % do you think is the risk, indicatively? (Are you an international tax lawyer? Or a similar expert?) Do you know people who have been doing this for years? But then, if they ever find someone in such a situation, what do they risk?The question you have to ask is: "Am I ok running the risk of potentially getting caught?"
