Ready-Made or Dormant offshore company what is what?

On some websites and threads I read about ready-made offshore companies on others I read about Dormant offshore companies.

Can someone please explain to me what is the difference between a ready-made and dormant offshore company? If there is a difference what is best to buy?

Almost the same thing. When people say DORMANT offshore company they mean a company that never has been used before not at any point! When they sell you a ready-made company the case should be the same but it could also be a offshore company that actually already has had some business activity and for that reason it is not "clean" so to say it has been used and you can risk there are liabilities!

My personal opinion is always only buy a dormant comapany from a reliabæe provider!

You want to make sure that you don't buy a company that already has been used as @Admin already outlined. It is simply to risky!

If there are no holidays it is better to get your business a new and fresh registered company. If you are in a hurry and need a company in the holidays a dormant corp. may be the best for you.
