Register company Dominica what privacy they offer?

Does some know what privacy a Dominica company provides? I looking into extending my setup with some new jurisdiction and stumbled upon Dominica as an offshore jurisdiction.

Do you know if it is possible to get a bank account for a Dominican company and how complicated is it to register a company there? Do you know if they have a public registry there or if I can stay anonymous?

It seems we can search a company name but you need to register online to do so.. but if all data show up when searching a company name I don't know nor can I see that!

You want to check this.. http://www.oecd.org/tax/transparency/AEOI-commitments.pdf it seems they committed to the s**t of OECD however, I would like to see that in full forces in 2018 before I believe they actually will do that.

Always use nominee director and shareholder when you register a offshore company if privacy matters! This will be your only chance to stands against the tax office if they come knocking on your door!

Thanks for good information Dominica company can be what I want for my business it looks. It is not so expensive I read and easy to setup.

Does anyone know the pros and cons comparing a Dominica IBC and Belize IBC? To me they seem very similar.

It seems dominica has some good privacy and it is still possible to get an offshore account there! however, I have not found a bank yet still searching.
