Register company for take over!

I'm in the process to acquire a new company / website. However, I did all so far anonymous by e-mail and skype because if the owner finds out it is me (competitor) it will drive the price up if you understand.

What would you do in my situation in regards to the company, I will need real company with bank account so I can transfer the money to the company account and from there pay for the acquisition!

What would be the best way of doing this anonymous so he does not find out it is me before it is too late?

Darks, Belize company and bitcoins that would be the best solution for your situation! Anyway, I doubt they accept bitcoins as payment for the company / website take over, if they do, your fine. If not. You need a offshore company with nominee director and shareholder. The nominee director will have to sign the documents required.
