Is my first post in the forum, so far I have only read a lot here.
We want to launch our new project soon, it's about dating sites explicitly for cheating (unlikely that women register there at all, so morally okay for me).
There should be a monthly fee, but since the business is not so blessed with a good reputation, I would like a company in a country without a public trade register & preferably far away from Germany / Austria (where our customers are located)
I have the following countries in mind
US LLC (Wyoming/Delaware/New Mexico)
BVI
Hong Kong (I think they have a public commercial register)
It should be an uncomplicated country & not overpriced in handling.
What kind of construction would you recommend me? & maybe a bank that accepts such transactions?
