what Best SEPA banks for a non-resident in Europe.
Any suggestions??

not a bank, but provide EUR account from Belgian bank.

If you not going to deposit $500K you don't have too many options. You can check Barclays International, Natwest International, HSBC Expat or Lloyds International.

If you are looking for EMI then Wise or Paysera without a doubt.
