Someone knows veritascard.com good or bad please?

I just found this service veritascard.com and was wondering if someone is actually using them and if so, how does it work are they reliable?

It looks like you can get a 100% anonymous MasterCard with IBAN bank account as long as you have a postal address or P.O. Box to receive the card.

I know a little bit about them.

I hope you have seen the high fees for the card itself every year and also receiving sepa deposits is expensive.
To use the iban for receiving from a 3rd party the person and address need to be verified.
You will also be asked for documents for verifying the shipping address if its not the same as the registred one also.
Deposits from a new bank account will arrive with a delay of two weeks and the support only answers in french language.
Its ok but there are much better cards out there!
