Damn I'm so f*****g tired of s**t services like SpectroCoin that have no clue about how to design a website and app that works.

Tried for several days to get verified, as soon as you use their shitty verification system the app and website struggle to continue.

Anyone has a good alternative to spectrocoin that works and is easy to get work?

For me they worked fine. What exactly don't work?

Hey,

Do you need some help? What exactly doesn't work for you?

I went through the process and have the same problem, no verification possible.

If you find an alternative please post here.

went through the process with SpectroCoin on the livechat, they told me that Chrome is working fine so Firefox on the mobile. I went on with chrome, it was very slow but still after that I was able to send my passport and face thing to them.

Waiting for verification now.

Can't edit....
Still it is an amateur programmer like Bankera, sorry to say so, but it looks like some IndyKai has coded the software for both firms, it is buggy, the login procedures at spectrocoin looks like something from the early 00 - I have a hard time to trust this service my money.

Wonder if the debit card (if it arrives) comes with a carrier pigeon and if the card is corned out of slate.

What's wrong with the login page? If you don't like the design, you can of course look for other solutions, if that's what matters most to you. And no, they do not hire Indi programmers. They have their own team with a lot of developers. Yes, the bugs might appear in some places, like with any other service provider.

I am speaking now not because they are our partners, but because I use SpectroCoin and Bankera accounts on a daily basis and I don't see any issues at all. So it's a little strange.

is it possible to transfer from personal account to 3rd party account from SpectroCoin account?

If you have installed the SpectroCoin App and you login, you will ALWAYS have to enter email address and password everytime you want to login, the phone does not store it nor is the IRIS login possible, it's a bug, and it is very annoying.

Otherwise it looks pretty good so far, waiting for verification to take place too.

Yes, if they give you vIBAN, then you can use it as any regular bank account.
That's why we were interested in them. So far they have not been able to approve the release of an IBAN after eminently qualifying for one (passing KYC + verifying phone number). When the time comes to send a further SMS to that already verified phone number to verify the IBAN, the web site indicates it can't send the SMS.

This happens for USA Google Voice, while an Asian mobile phone number can't even receive the original verification SMS. From facing similar problems I'm guessing integration issues have only been tested for European customers and their bulk SMS provider doesn't assure delivery outside the EU.

All these problems reported 17 days ago and I still hear from webchat n00bs every couple days asking me if my problem's been fixed yet. For a service based on a provider of financial I.T. infrastructure (Spectro Finance) it is remarkable that they can't send SMS to a Google Voice number: i.e. to the largest 2FA provider in the world. And they can't arrange for an engineer to tell me why.

I was also astonished to see that liquidity for a common crypto/fiat trading pair was only about €700 worth close to the market price, but beyond that price was only buying & selling at a 10% spread. They responded to tell me that this was because of "volatility" and when I debunked that by providing more detail & a screenshot of the buy/sell orders they also went dumb with that ticket (2 weeks ago).

If anyone is representing this company here please feel free to PM me. I was actually fond of their soft & simple web site and found their fees low and services well sized... plus would be very economical for card use in the EU. It's too bad they cannot provide customer service or diagnose I.T. issues at an integration or engineering level... I guess they're OK with the "low hanging fruit" of a strictly European customer base that never really trades or uses banking services.

I'm testing spectrocoin and beside the annoying login it looks good. Their support is very responsive and crypto transfers into the account works fine. I requested a debit card and also requested a IBAN account, waiting for the IBAN on the 3rd day, not sure why it takes that long.

I will update this thread as we go.

BTW: OP I changed the thread title so suite the discussion a little better ;)

Thanks to @Gediminas my customer service request was prioritised and has finally been completed. There was something unanticipated by the developers about how my mobile number was working for IBAN validation in their system, and it took them nearly a month to fix but they never gave up. Now that the service is properly configured I don't see anything suggesting future problems. From my total experience I believe this company is working well through some scaling problems and provides a good offering for crypto friendly banking. ;)

I had a funny situation with Spectrocoin way, way, way back.
Tried opening an account. A+ Jurisdiction Nationality and Residency.
I was rudely responded by mail that my account won't be opened and I should *never* try again.
Fine. I won't. I didn't like that bar anyway ;)

they are all the same, perversk, bankera and spectrocoin including @Gediminas it's one big family how they are connected I don't know, but they are.

They are not the same. Each of them has its own function and market. Each of those companies is a part of one reliable financial ecosystem.

They are the main partners of my company, that's how we are connected.
