SPV in Estonia

A few years ago I had e-residency and an Estonian OU for a while. But I found that Estonian OU's/e-Residency based projects are more suitable for small businesses/e-businesses etc. I do not think Estonia is suitable to set up acqusition companies. If you need investors or other financing vehicles to fund your acquisitions, you may be limited with the Estonian OU. I think if you're using an SPV to acquire assets, you may be better off setting up an SPV in the country where you are acquiring the assets. You may find it easier to raise finance this way. I might suggest something along the lines of: 1. set up a holding company in your country of residence and 2. use that holding company to own the various SPV's and from there make the acquisition(s). May not be the best tax-wise, but depending on the types of assets you are acquiring, it may be less headache
