Hello,

I run a small online herbal detox supplement business. We run this through our member website, and currently take payments through Paypal or bank transfer. It would be good to offer our customers a credit/debit card payment option as well. I tried setting this up with Stripe a few months ago but after doing all the work, after a few days they shut down our account with no explanation (there were no issues we were just selling as normal).

I dont want this to happen again, so looking for suggestions as to a payment processor that is likely to accept our business with no hassel. Our website runs using Opencart.

Thanks for your help.

Also be good to offer crypto payments to our customers if possible?

do provide more info:

average Weekly Sales volume?
methods of shipment?
duration in operations?
CB ratio?
Jurisdiction of clients?
payout Settlements channels preferred
(Fiat/Crypto)?

opencart API plugins, quite restrictive during processor integration phase, with highrisk processors/Mids..as during the onboarding phase and sandbox testing enviroment, gateway response, etc specific json coding required.

whereas woocommerce would be a plug and play scenario.

do provide more info:

average Weekly Sales volume? Our total sales are around £30k a month - for the credit/debits cards expect around 2-3k a week.
methods of shipment? We ship from the UK using mainly Royal Mail or DHL/DPD.
duration in operations? Since 2014
CB ratio? Could you explain? Refunds/returns are infrequent. We have never had a claim through paypal.
Jurisdiction of clients? Mainly UK and some EU
payout Settlements channels preferred. GBP to a bank account
(Fiat/Crypto)? GBP

Thanks. Answers above - we do have a Opencart expert who can so the intergration on our side (assuming not too much work). We previously intergrated with Stripe and this worked fine.

As @VESTANON already pointed out, there is a lack of information in this thread about basic details needed for anyone to figure out if they can help you with a solution for handling card payments for your business.
To get more and better responses, I would post that information so people know what they are dealing with.

You can also look in the mentor group gold where there are many payment processors in the high-risk segment listed.
