why is it that third world nations have a strange ring when it comes to offshore banking? i only say that because hackers and other shady people seem to have a connection to offshore banking. notice how hackers who steal millions upon millions of dollars always seem to be located in third world countries like ukraine, nigeria, ect......... doesnt it strike anyone as odd that these hackers are seldom living in countries like the united states, canada, australia, or new zealand or for that matter any other first world nation????????? can someone find a connection between them and offshore banking/cryptocurrency? rsvp

Agree so much. If you are good in fraud and hacking you can do whatever you want. The Internet is a wonderland for these guys
