Total number of registered companies in Seychelles for 2014!

There are more than 671,000 companies registered in the Seychelles by the end of 2014 that's a lot of companies for such a small island.


Compared to other jurisdictions then the SC are within the Top 5 of most registered new companies in 2014.


I'm looking into the BVI right now to see if I can get the latest figures from them as well.

Seems to be OK to incorporate there. Was just wondering why I read so many places that they prefer Belize and Panama over the Seychelles? It's faster, cheaper and better privacy with an SC corp than anywhere else!!

I did some research on this topic because of my own interest in knowing what offshore jurisdictions are performing best. Most of them have this information public available.
