Trynovel closed acc and send check but my brother living in Vietnam, do not have bank support to withdrawn cash
Do you know how to solve?

I asked friends go to jp morgan bank with check but they ask my brother come because he is legal of company

1. Endorse the check and then credit it to a bank that accepts it like Bank of America
2. Scan it, and use Photoshop to change the name and then use mobile all to deposit it

He can not do like this way. Money can keep in bank and he can find legal way to get back. Check have name of company and bank check legal of company then they ask LEGAL person.
Can we changed legal of company then ask new legal in US go to bank and withdrawn money?

I doubt that novel will issue the check to another company.

As mentioned, you can legally endorse it and deposit it.

You can also ask you friend to deposit it with his mobile app. It normally works, especially with bank checks as this one.

Trynovel send check to refund money to his company because Trynovel Closed bank account (name on check is company name); Check available in JP Morgan Bank in US only.
Trynovel do not send money back by ACH; they sent check only

Cashing a check on somebody else's name is completely legit in the US. The only think you may encounter is that the bank may not credit the money or put it on a longer hold. But this is no issue in his case as he has a cashier's check:

The type of check that will usually cause you the fewest problems to deposit for someone else is a cashier’s check. As this check is backed by the issuing bank, it is considered as good as cash and should be readily accepted by your bank.

I do not know why you are writing something like this and scaring innocent people. If you want to go to prison, check out all the people who need high risk merchant accounts in the neighbouring thread, selling fakes really can make you go to prison. Checking a check won't get to you even a fine as long as you are the only one cashing it and you legally obtained it (both true in this case).
