Users without cards will be able to order them. Card loads will become available again on Friday, March 24th, on 2PM GMT. Please note that if your UnionPay card was closed for inactivity, it will not re-activate automatically. Contact support for manual reactivation. See details below. Maintenance fees All UnionPay card maintenance fees charged during the downtime will be refunded in full. Within the next few weeks, you will see the refund in your Advcash e-wallet. Card loads The new load fee for your UnionPay card is 2.25% + 1.25 USD. We are committed to keeping these global cards up and running for years to come without any more downtime. The fee change results from us having to change banking partners in the current complicated situation with US banks and international USD payments. Card limits $1,000 ATM per day, $7,000 ATM per month, $2,500 POS per day, $7,000 POS per month. These will be the temporary limits for your UnionPay card. We are working on increasing them.
