US LLC is sued by German Government - Best Strategie

A Client sued a LLC, registered in USA LLC
The Legal Place is Germany as written in the Contract
Than the Client sued the US LLC in Germany

The LLC was getting closed before the Law Suite got raised

Now the German Cort said the LLC is sued and they want to get the Money
The LLC is closed and theres no Money in the Company
My German Loyer said to me, that they could trie to open a lawsuit against the LLC CEO, how is German Citizen but not Living in Germany

What would be the Case in this Situation ?

The Law Suite is unrigthfuel, i just want to know more how everything is working in this Case.

Where does he live then?
The lawyer can of course file a lawsuit against the managing director, but if there are no assets in the country, I think it is relatively difficult.
You would have to assess the risk.
