Hello, everyone! This is my first post here, but I've been watching the forum for some time now.

I've been searching for days (really!), but I just can't find a proper solution for my problem. I'm looking for a virtual debit pre-paid card which allows me to:
  • fund and reload USD or EUR using Wise or IBAN transfer;
  • link with Google/Samsung Pay so I can pay without the plastic card.

I'm a South American resident, so I have no access to Wise, Revolut and similar EMI cards. I would use this card mostly during my trips abroad and to pay for plane tickets and hotel reservations in USD/EUR. I wouldn't load or spend more than $10k per year (so less than $1k per month), so it doesn't need to be something with big limits.

I know Advcash, but the fees for loading and maintaining are high, and I know they're not best friends with Wise.

Do you have any suggestions? Thank you very much!

@OP get a physical card, as virtual cards are low on longevity,and not exactly a fav for use on ticket purchases, The former would give access to loadability,longer longevity and more.

Paysera works fine for your use cases as long as you have an address in Europe to receive the card, I used TipTrans to get it:
