What is anonymous company and how to form?

Companies are divided and named according to their functions, jurisdictions, core business activities and type of services they are offering etc. But the concept of "anonymous company" is unknown to me. Can anybody explain me how such a anonymous company is formed?

you may call it as a ready made company with all the formalities such as registration. fee payment, Bank account, virtual office etc having an unknown or unacknowledged name. Some third party websites/ companies sell such sites such anonymous company
