Hello all!

due to my increased mobility, including to/within South America and Carrabiean, I am searching for a good personal account. I have done some researching, but there is much more in it than I know, thus my search for advice. What I would be looking for (I know it's not possible to satisfy all requirements, nonetheless, the more the better):

1. I receive payments from local banks in USD and EURO;
2. I often do transactions to local banks in EURO and other European currencies;

1+2 -> I would be searching for an account with no or low transfer fees from/to local banks internationally.

3. I do have a preference for ATM withdrawals rather than paying by card, thus small fees and no limits on a number of withdrawals from ATMs worldwide would be great.
4. Investment options would be great, but not necessary.

So far I have checked (if I'm missing some information, would be grateful for update):

- N26 - it would seem to be the best option, however, they do not operate in my country so I cannot receive the card.
- Payoneer - at first glance looks good, but, after comprehensive look, it does have several fees to pay, including card activation and ATM Withdrawal.
- LeuPay - SEPA transfer fee and ATM fee (3 Euro for under 300 per withdrawal). I also read several comments about account blockage, though not sure how serious it is.
Transferwise - borderless account seems interesting, although they have 200 euro ATM limit per 30 days.

I would be grateful for suggestions.

Can be done online through mobile app. No need to go to post office. The only issue is with the card that has to be delivered within Germany or any other supported country.

I have an address in Germany ... so thats not an issue.. as long as they dont need me to go to the post office to do the verification. That would be a little difficult.
