Wyoming LLP + HK or Seychelles holding + Transferwise

Hello, just guessing if somebody had any luck registering a Wyoming LLP having as full shareholder a Seychelles or Hong Kong holding on Transferwise.

Not correct. You might want to do some more research or hire someone to help you if you don't know how US taxes works
