Hi guys, 8 days ago I placed 2 orders on TurnerLittle's website, I haven't had any feedback since, no email asking for information, I sent a message on Whatsapp a few days ago, and no reply either

Any ideas?
I didn't want to post this in the "Possible Spam, Scam or simply idiots!" section because I know they are normally trusted

my first thought would be... end of the year, few days off...

We use them for one of our companies and everything is going smooth. It's actually better this year compared to the last year.
