As I checked a while ago, Relay does not allow transactions involving crypto. What alternatives do you recommend to open exchanges for an LLC company. Right now I have kraken with Mercury, but I would like to associate Relay with another option to always have 2 available, in case one fails.

Kraken is fine, you must expect standard KYC requests from every exchange.
For larger OTC trades I recommend Cryptocurrency Trading Service, Concierge OTC Trades | Rockwell OTC
