Best set up for adult website business?

Hi,

I am setting up a network with paysites (porn), and Im considering different company structures.

I am currently based in Germany, and Im struggling with some old tax issues in my home country... So I am looking into solutions that will protect my new business, and the assets im building up. Would like to keep my name off the papers, so looking for something safe, but still affordable to set up.

I need to be able to get money from payment providers such as CCBill.

I am considering Seychelles and BVI, but I am also looking into Nevada which seem pretty popular for online gambling and adult entertainment companies. One solution which Im considering is a holding company in one of these jurisdictions and then do business through a UK Ltd.

Does anyone have a good advice for me?

I would prefer doing something cheap and easy just to get started, but I guess its difficult to add extra layers of security when everything is up and running....

You don't want to start cheap and easy if you want something that protect you long term! If you consider to buy a cheap 1000$ offshore entity and think all is good, forget about it, it won't work.

Where you setup the company doesn't really matter, it can be in an cheap jurisdiction but what matters, what payment processor will accept your business for card processing.
