I need personal account that have ACH USD details.
I am EU citizen and can’t find an EMI that offer that.

There is a plenty offering business accounts; but for a personal account I can recall only Zenus (Zenus Bank | US Bank Personal Banking) at this moment... (But no personal experience with them.)
