How can you exchange UAH (Ukrainian hryvnia) to EUR and how can you transfer?

1. What exactly is UAH about? How can I convert UAH to EUR or USD?
2. Also, can this currency be transferred to other accounts?
I'm not Ukrainian, but I'm curious about this issue. How i looks with Wise now for example?

kuna.io is a Ukrainian crypto exchange. You can deposit UAH there and buy crypto with it, then move it to Kraken and withdraw EUR.

Yes, but I was interested in something more old school - no crypto. I was wondering if this can be transfered freely between EMI or bank accounts.

Thanks for info! The only emi I have found are Wise and Revolut that can exchange UAH to other currencies. I am looking for an emis that can take outgoing and incoming bank transfers in UAH. I do not know how far the regulations have gone because of the war and if this is even possible to have such account?

Who not just open a local back account in the Ukraine? I think monobank only requires a local tax ID which you can get for less than 100 USD.
