How to evade KYC

hello everyone, I'm a high risk seller (reply).
In the past I have had several problems with various payment processors (stripe, paypal, emc, vivawallet, etc) because they do not accept replica products.

Now I am looking for a new high risk gateway that is able to accept credit card payments in Europe and the USA.

In the forum I read various people who say they know some payment processors able to accept payments for this type of product.

However, I ask myself: how does a payment processor accept a merchant who sells replicas if this category of products is illegal and prohibited by VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, etc?

How do these alleged payment gateways evade the KYC system?

As far as I know, banks face very heavy penalties if they favor illegal trade. It would not be convenient for a bank to accept payments for this type of goods.

Can anyone answer this question?

You would be surprised but this is how all major banks work... hsbc launders drug money and chinese banks process child porn payments just because they are too big and can mix some high margin business in... until they are fined but by then may be management or department is long gone and they are too big to fail anyway...


Every major bank (ing, danske, deutsche, hsbc, stan charter) was caught and paid fines for doing some shady s**t. And how many stuff is still undercover or was settled without public reveal of the truth?

I was so naive to think that big banks wouldn't do this.

If you do this as an individual, you'll pay fines and go to prison. If you're a huge bank, you'll pay a fine and write it off as a cost of doing business.

A cloak store is what the funny online salesmen use.

Example
1 - "OneTwoThree Gunz" is an illegal arms sale business which has no hope of finding a payment processor.
2 - "123G" is a cloak business which sells sporting goods.

#2 Has a payment processor. And #1 does not. Checkouts are redirected from #1 to #2, or loaded as an external element in iFrame. Depending on how well you do it, the payment processor may have difficulties catching you. However, should the police start to investigate where the money goes from #1, the cloak will be unraveled.

As a financial, the risk reward to process to Porn child lol or such activities is even worse to the benefit of some fees on transaction. If i am agree with Money laundering at some points ( Maybe tax optimization and cleaning of money ?) lol how can you say that with so much confidence.
